Safety Requirements for Participants in Trampoline Practice and Competitions
1. Wear sportswear (or athletic shorts), socks, or trampoline shoes. Street clothes, casual shoes, or bare feet are not permitted. 2. Do not wear jewelry, headwear, or any other decorative items, nor any sharp objects that could pose a safety risk. Individuals performing somersaults must not wear framed glasses. 3. Follow the instructions and schedule provided by the trampoline instructor to ensure orderly training sessions. 4. Individuals with conditions that make them unsuitable for trampoline activities—such as hypertension, heart disease, neurological disorders, blindness, deafness, disabilities, or temporary physical discomfort—as well as those who have consumed alcohol, taken drugs, or are pregnant, are prohibited from practicing on the trampoline to ensure their safety. 5.
