Training and competitions

1. Wear athletic clothing (or athletic shorts), socks, or trampoline shoes. Casual clothes, casual shoes, or bare feet are not permitted.

2. No jewelry, headwear, or any sharp objects that could pose a hazard are allowed. Individuals performing backflips must not wear framed glasses.

3. You should follow the guidance and teaching arrangements provided by the trampoline instructor to ensure orderly instruction.

4. 5. The total time spent online for training and competition must not exceed 2 hours. If you experience any physical discomfort during this period, you should immediately stop exercising.

6. All individuals performing somersaults must undergo a proficiency test—under the supervision of a trampoline instructor—before attempting the intended somersault move. To pass the test and obtain the corresponding level certificate and identification mark, participants must be able to complete the somersault three times, landing steadily on the net with both feet at the end of each attempt while maintaining an upright upper body.

7. The age limit for completing the backflip is a minimum of 8 years old and a maximum of 40 years old.

8. You must wear the identification provided uniformly by the manager of the trampoline practice or competition venue.

9. Carefully complete the contestant’s liability waiver. Do not conceal any personal medical conditions; otherwise, you will be solely responsible for any consequences.

You must undergo an alcohol test administered by the manager of the trampoline practice or competition venue before entering the facility. The testing standard requires that the blood alcohol concentration must not exceed 10 mg/100 ml. Anyone who fails the test will be prohibited from participating in practice or competition. Participants who are unable to practice or compete due to exceeding the alcohol limit will be solely responsible for any resulting consequences.

11. To prevent fires, smoking and any open flames are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
