Preparation Instructions Before Entry

1. It’s best to enter wearing soft, loose-fitting athletic attire (preferably long sleeves and long pants) and professional non-slip socks. These are usually available for purchase at trampoline parks, but you can also bring your own.

2. Before entering, please pay attention to the safety instructions, familiarize yourself with the relevant precautions, carefully read the entry guidelines, and sign to confirm your agreement.

3. Before entering the trampoline area, you must first warm up. Typically, a warm-up lasting 10 to 15 minutes is required, with particular emphasis on warming up the ankles, lower back, neck, wrists, and all major joints. The coach in the venue will lead you through the warm-up exercises.

4. Before entering the trampoline area, please remove all jewelry, including necklaces, earrings, glasses, hair clips, and rings. Long nails and glasses are prohibited. Girls must tie their hair back securely with hair ties (no hair clips allowed) to prevent these items from causing injury during exercise.

5. Fragile items, sharp objects, and items that could cause bodily harm are not permitted inside the venue.

6. Children under 3 years old are not permitted to enter. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian when entering the bed area. Guardians who do not accompany their children into the bed area have the responsibility and obligation to cooperate with the bed area staff in managing and regulating any unsafe behaviors exhibited by the children. Individuals under 18 years of age must have a guardian sign a safety agreement before being allowed entry.

7. Individuals who are intoxicated, suffer from hypertension, have cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory illnesses, or other health conditions, as well as those weighing over 240 jin, are not permitted to enter.

8. It is strictly prohibited to bring into the trampoline facility any items that could endanger public safety in the venue or are expressly banned by Chinese laws and regulations, such as controlled knives, flammable and explosive materials, and corrosive substances.
